Membership management software—recommendations?

Hi everyone
I chair a friends group CIO. our current membership management, website and events are all managed by volunteers and are time consuming using different systems for each
Looking for suggestions for a cost effective web/cloud based system which will provide a one stop shop for us.
Our membership is 450, we run ticketed events for members only, we let out a community facility, and send newsletters and emails(using mail chimp).
