Hi, I run a small mental health gardening charity called The Garden Friend. My application for a funding opportunity has been declined. Although I own the site where my charity is located I don't have a Memorandum of Agreement in place from myself as the landowner to the Charity. I'm happy and agreeable to this but I don't know how to go about it. Can you help?
