Mentor schemes for Coding/IT Development

Hi All,
I'm the Admin Manager for Elite Supported Employment, an employability charity in South Wales. We've a member of staff that's progressed really well with independent learning of coding and created Web apps for us using Bootstrap, but I'm looking for a mentor scheme that he could join to receive further development advice/support. The staff member is from the Merthyr area, but could video call etc.
