The bank is refusing to update our authorised signatories. What can we do?

Is anyone else on here having issues with MS365 access today? We can't get in to our MS accounts and emails to us are being bounced back as e-mail address not found!
We are being told it may be linked to the NFP product so just wondering if anyone else has had issues and, or has managed to resolve them. Our IT support are on to Microsoft but we're not getting anywhere very quickly.
