What do we need to do if our charity is insolvent and the board has resigned?

Hi, i work for a small non profit charity that helps support healthcare staff, with wellbeing, workplace issues and education. We really need to secure funding which is new to us. Any ideas for good funding opportunities or grants? I have tried have a look but i have struggled to find any specific to this.
Also any ideas on how to upskill in this area? Thanks
