New member - Help needed

Hi, its quite a pleasure to be a part of this community. We ran a disability centre in Kenya and we have been having challenges submitting concepts to UK based funding institutions as they require that we have a UK based charity.
Could you please advise what is the best way of identifying a partner institution without running into any problems?
