New office location needed London Waterloo/Vauxhall area for 8 people

Our charity is looking for a new office to accommodate 8 people towards the end of March. We also need access to a meeting room. We are looking to stay close to Waterloo train station or Vauxhall. If anyone knows of a venue or a charity currently has a space to rent out, please let me know. We are a friendly bunch. :)
