Can anyone recommend an independent Occupational Health company that has experience of assessing staff, presenting with a recent mental health episode, for their suitability to return to work?Â
We are helping the staff member deal with a number of very delicate personal issues but want them to return to work well and need them to perform consistently and also safely, so are negotiating a phased return. We don't have in-house OH so I am wondering whether it might be prudent to commission an independent OH assessment
