I work for a CIC and am looking at setting up a shared workspace for us, either Microsoft or Google. As we're a CIC I don't believe we qualify for some of the non-profit packages available. People are fairly evenly split between preferring Microsoft and Google so I'm just looking at wider pros/cons I may not have found yet.
We are looking to set up a CRM at some point, but my understanding is this shouldn't affect our choice as CRMs will support both.
Google doesn't seem to have a reliable customer support compared to Microsoft, but it does seem to be the cheaper of the two. I welcome people's perspectives!
