I have just discovered it's not only the charity that can't use its account online facilities. Donors cannot donate into to the account online either. . We just received a letter from someone who tried to donate and couldn't so she put a cheque in the post. I then made a test donation and she is right you can't pay in. I am also worried this may apply to regular standing orders. The FCA have now got involved so it's more serious than last time.
