Hi everyone,
I work for a small international development organisation doing development based on partnership model led by the needs of the community not the donor.
We're looking for some pro-bono support from people with experience in international development, but not only, to help us increase our capacity and share their expertise. We're primarily looking for organisational capacity development that can support our partners, but we would also really appreciate skills we can make use of internally, e.g. fundraising, EDI, ability to mentor in different areas of charity work.
I wondered if anyone in this forum knows someone you could connect us with or has any other recommendations. Thanks in advance.
