Raiser's Edge NXT vs Donorfy

Sarah Johnson Fundraising Support and Administration at The Mulberry Bush Organisation Posted 3 years ago

Hello all,
I would love some steer and guidance from anyone with experience of the latest version of Raiser's Edge, ie NXT and of Donorfy. We are a medium sized charity and are looking to change from our current CRM which is appalling. So far, everything looks appealing!
From the demos, RE NXT looks really intuitive and easy to use , it offers so much more in terms of functionality. Easy integration with the platforms we are already using, Just Giving, MailChimp, Eventbrite, PayPal. I like that they have their own back end payment system, all be it not cheap. But it does give the impression that it makes life simple and integrations seamless.
Donorfy wasn't presented in the easiest way, so as a result it was more difficult to gauge its fit in the charity. But I am pretty sure it will  be cheaper, and could well be a better investment for a smaller charity.
Would love people's experience.
Thanks in advance,
Sarah.
