Remote peer support ideas?

Hello,
I'm collating ideas on how peer support can continue during the coronavirus situation. If you normally facilitate face to face peer support groups, I wonder if you could answer any of these questions?
How do you keep people engaged?
How do you ensure no one is excluded, even the people who are not willing/able to use the technology?
How do you start a new group with people who have never met face to face?
I'd be happy to share my findings with you too, once I've collated them.
