Has anyone heard of, or participated in, a returner programme or 'returnship' (route back into work for professional women after an extended career break) in the charity sector? I understand such programmes have taken off in the private sector (and somewhat in the public sector too) but not so in the charity sector. Any insights as to why that might be? Any opinions as to their potential value for the sector? Thanks much!!!
