I'm currently working in Hospice sector as an in-house graphic designer for a cause I really care about - my local adult and children's hospice. But having been in this position for 10 years (which has been amazing around my little ones growing up) I feel that it's time for change. Hoping for and applying for design or comms roles in a national charity.

CONTEXT: A job I applied for recently, that I thought I would be a good candidate to be shortlisted for, I wasn't successful for but I was actually on paper a 96% match for the role.

With recruitment processes increasingly being anonymised at the first stages, how does one, in just four 250 word answers (to four direct questions) tick the right boxes in a now very automated approach to CV/application sieving?
