Returning Event Fundraiser Rates, what are yours?

In a recent chat with senior staff we discussed the percentage of return event fundraisers we have and what percentage we should aim for. We currently have a returning fundraiser rate of 7% but we are not sure if that is any good or not. What would be a good returning event fundraisers rate at your charity?
