Hi, I fundraise for a community in Kenya and as we start to look at some small fundraising activities we had an idea to run a raffle / prize draw for a donated prize with limited tickets on sale up to a maximum of 200 tickets both across our support base and in the wider network of friends and families. There appear to be different interpretations as to how this is governed by the Gaming commission and I wondered if anyone could provide any advice on how to run this without. contravening the applicable legislation and making the maximum amount possible for our chosen cause.
