Seeking efficient cloud organisation alternatives to Google Drive – any recommendations?

Hi everyone! We're a small charity working in Uganda.
We currently use Google Drive for our file storage, but it's not working for us very well with our photo organisation.
Does anyone have a good system for organisation on the cloud that they use which they wouldn't mind sharing? We're currently saving photos into three different systems and it's causing headaches! Thank you.
