Hello I have an SLA with my Local Authority. Within the agreement there are the usual targets etc. One item I want to ask about is that they are requiring us to be a member of an organisation which costs £66 per annum as part of the agreement. My question is can they require us to use £66 of the small amount of funding they give us to pay an organisation rather than spend the money on obtaining our targets.
