Speaker suggestions for a difficult conversations workshop

Hello all, I am organising an event for volunteer managers and I am looking for a speaker to come and talk about difficult conversations, looking at why they're important, how to have them, and the benefits of them - it can be broader but this is the basic idea. Any suggestions?
Happy to jump on a call and discuss this further but any ideas would be amazing!
