Starting new job in volunteer management and service user involvement—any tips?

Hi all

My name is Tari and I have recently joined Charity connect. Its been good learning from you all.

I am due to start a new role and the main priorities I have to focus on are Volunteer Management and Service User involvement. Can someone advise on how to develop these efficiently and effectively please. The organisation is a small charity and I would really appreciate any support.
