Hi - our charity is brand new and very ambitious, but we are finding it difficult to get off the ground due to incomplete strategy and planning.  I have done all I can, but need some input from fresh eyes who understand how to take it to the next step.  Our Trustees do not have the confidence or availability to perform this.  We have so much potential that many have recognised, but while we are building a great internal team, we are stagnating in terms of our progress and achievements due to the state of our strategic planning.

Anyone who might be willing to help would be very welcome.
