Support for my befriending service

Hello everyone,
I'm Zanjbeel and I have recently moved to Scotland to set up 'Well-Connected' a new befriending service in East Lothian. It would be great to get any ideas, tips and support for this as its still early days for the project. I'm happy to chat over zoom or in person if you're based locally.
