In my charity, working on international development, we are organising a trip overseas (Nepal) to show some of the projects to our supporters.
It is the first time we offer this kind of activity, and we are looking for inspiration on how to organise this, specially on what concerns bookings for supporters and trip arrangements. We are aware that regulations might apply, specially considering that we will be travelling with non-staff members.
Does anyone have experience managing that? Would you recommend any travel agency? Any tips will be welcomed!
