Lots of charities are going to have to tackle returning to the office before long, and worrying about how that might work. I've brought together several pieces of research which cover how to manage the new world of work.
Some charities are embracing hybrid working, some are going full remote and some are going to a four day working week. But whatever you do, make sure you keep an eye on the implications for equality, diversity and inclusion. I cover some of the steps to make sure women don't lose out.
