We are looking to update our TOIL policy and I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share theirs with me. We're smallish (27 ppl) working with Young People and undertake occasional overseas travel. I'd love to hear what others are doing to compensate staff particularly in relation to long haul flights, overnight overseas stays, and where they have responsibility for YP involving overnight stays and travel.
