I am the Operations Manager for a small charity and have received an expression of interest from someone who I think would be a great Trustee.  I have forwarded the details onto the 3 existing Trustees and have received a response from just one but he is on holiday until the end of the month.  I think this potential Trustee would be a great asset and might get the other Trustees a bit more active.   

Who is responsible for progressing the enrolment?  Should I be actioning this, or should I be chasing up with the existing Trustees to do something?

For now, I have sent her a declaration of eligibility and responsibility and am checking that she has not been disqualified.

Any guidance/advice would be appreciated?
