Hi all, 

I am trying to break into the sector. I have over a decade's worth of experience in education and have spent he last 5 years in education leadership, most recently applying for EHCPs. Does anyone have any advice as to how to transfer my skills to fundraising, and in particular grants and trusts? Also can anyone give me a ballpark for how many people are applying and how to get noticed? I'm researching charities, current projects/drives, phoning people etc etc. Have applied to 6 roles in September and waiting to hear back on an interview at the moment but didn't really know what to expect so not sure if I'd have secured anything there.
