Volunteer Managers for Mentoring

Hi all
I am looking to connect with some Volunteer Managers to provide some informal mentoring/advice sessions to my four direct reports.
Each of them runs a project location (London, Brighton, IoW and Bournemouth), and the roles are as broad as they are exciting, ranging from session delivery, to fundraising, to networking with senior figures, to preparing risk assessments and visiting at risk children.
They've asked for additional training on volunteer management and I feel the best way to deliver this would be to set them up to have an in depth chat with someone already working in the field and share questions and frustrations. Either in person or digitally, it needn't be any real time commitment, but just a chance to share what you know.
If anyone has any advice, please do get in touch.
