Hi All,
We're looking at potentially changing our HR system as we need something that have more functionality than the fairly basic system we already use.
We've got c.50 employees but also have c.70 sessional workers who do ad hoc shifts using timesheets - as a lot of systems seem to be per person amounts when you add on the additional 70 the price hikes quite dramatically even though some of them may only work a couple of shifts a year!
We need it to do all the basic HR data management - absence, sickness, contract details etc but also need a really simple to use time and attendance system. It also needs to have good reporting functionality so we can easily get data out of the system (e.g. for payroll).
Bonus if it has an ATS, an expenses tracking system, electronic signatures and API functionality!
I've used PeopleHR before and am looking into BreatheHR but have heard mixed things about it!
Any recommendations (or what to avoid) would be really helpful.
