Hi everyone, I'd love to hear suggestions on the best way to track projects and record all the info so it's in one place and all relevant people can see it. 

The info I need to record and track is: all info about the project itself (e.g. dates, location, numbers beneficaries), as well as the funding info (e.g. name of funder, how long funding for, when to reapply/apply to other funders). Ideally it would also track comms info i.e. when to promote project and where. The people who need this info are me (the fundraiser), the project manager, communications manager and centre manager.

I have tried spreadsheets but they are getting huge and unwieldy. We have Trello which I need to investigate more but haven't found it very user friendly. We also have AirTable which I haven't used much.
