What do we do with single use plastics?

We still have a stock of plastic cutlery, cups, etc. and wondered if we are allowed to use them up or do we have to dispose of the immediately. We are a charity that amongst other things hosts a fortnightly cafe and monthly event with food - we are not a retailer nor a restaurant or takeaway. Any advice would appreciated. Thanks
