Where can we find clothing donations for older adult patients on hospital ward (NHS)

I work on a ward dedicated to older adults, including those with dementia. Many of our patients arrive with very little clothing, often only the clothes they are wearing. Our clothing stock is critically low, and we rely on these garments to help restore dignity to our patients. Hospital gowns are not suitable or appropriate as these individuals are not bed-bound.
We are in urgent need of clothing donations suitable for the elderly. Any suggestions on where we can look?
