Will health inequalities get worse post-pandemic? How can charities help?

Hello - Will we move to make communities better or will inequalities get worse? I believe charities have a lot to say, and do, in this.
Health campaigner by background, recent research focus on health inequalities. I think most people know health inequalities are getting worse. But how does that stop? Local action must make sense. Charities know communities; could they encourage them to reorganise - for healthier? Thoughts?
