CharityConnect: #Bringthemhomes - could you work with us?
We want to help, we want to undertake JVs with other organisations, collaboration, cooperation and care...but charities are often risk averse, are suspicious of other charities and even when they are sinking dont seek help from each other.
Zetetick is a unique, established and successful housing charity (this means we are financially sound, can raise money and are happy to share our suiccess) providing specialised housing services supporting vulnerable adults to live independently.  We work in partnership with care providers to provide bespoke accommodation, tailored to the specific needs of the individual and can react quickly to new referrals.  We take away the problem of property from care providers when bidding to council commissioners.
We are a charity  formed as a result of a shortage of organisations that were flexible or willing to support people with a learning disability who wished to find a tenancy home under the supported living model of care.
At present our charity objects mean we operate in south London boroughs and the southern counties, being the largest suppliers of supported housing to the London borough of Croydon. We have offices in Croydon, St Leonards and Lewes.
We are expanding our southern base through Sussex and Kent and also looking across Hampshire and Dorset.

We know the Covid crisis has made many charities think about their own finances and best practice.
We are actively looking for partners who either offer care and housing and want to move to best practice and divide the housing from the care, or are looking for a housing partner to bid for council commissions for supported living housing.
We want to share our success and our aim is to facilitate others to provide care where we take on the problem of property. We are even starting to develop our own 'giving fund' to make grants to those within our objects, or organisations with similar objects who can show sustainability and benefit .
