"Small charity/social care teams — how do you manage tender Q&A logs and bid tracking?"

Curious how other small VCSE/social care orgs handle the admin side of tenders and bids — specifically logging clarification questions during a live tender, tracking submission deadlines, and keeping a record of what was submitted/won/lost.
Is this mostly ad-hoc spreadsheets for you, or does your org have a structured system? I'm putting together a simple template pack (Q&A tracker, bid/no-bid checklist, deadline calendar) aimed at smaller teams who don't have dedicated bid management software, and I'd love to know if this is actually a pain point worth solving — or if everyone's already got something that works.
Would genuinely appreciate 2 minutes of your experience!
