I posted on here about six months ago whilst i was looking at a person's "charity" (I put it in inverted commas as it isn't a registered charity). Anyway, seemingly six months later, it still calls itself in its terms and conditions as a "charitable unincorporated association" but it doesn't seem to have it's governing constitution anymore available on the site, nor do the terms and conditions cite the Charities Act. So, it's a club, right? But we don't know (at least I can't see anymore, there used to be two of them) if it has any "trustees" or members? But they are raising funds. More than the £5,000 threshold. How can they do this? Where do they hold the money? I don't know how an organisation can operate like this - there's seemingly no regulatory control or legal entity behind it?
