Hello,

My name is Paul and I am "interim chair" of  a local charity (a village playing field association). The charity was established over  25 years ago. It had lapsed and been 'subsumed' by the football club that was the only user of the playing field. We are now re-establishing the playing field charity - I am 'leading the charge' at the moment. I say 'leading the charge' - it feels much more like a spiral dance with the Charities Commission - we are, however making progress.
