I currently run a small Charity and find it almost impossible to attract support via Grant Applications.

Trying to represent over 6 million disabled people and the Carers in the home ,who look after loved ones.

Carers Allowance should be for all Carers in the home and not those ,under 65 , when they claim. I’ve looked after my Sick and Mentally ill Wife since 2015, yet receive nothing as being eligible for a State Pension, which I paid for, excludes me from claiming Carers Allowance .

Written , emailed and rung all media outlets, yet nobody is interested .

Any ideas on how to make the Media listen ?

Maybe my idea of a “ Blue Nose Appeal “ , for all those Charities left out in the Cold , might just work for us.
