Hi, I am new to using Access Dimensions and I am struggling to get to grips with it. I am working alone in the department and whenever I raise a case, I don't get the answers I need. Instead, it turns into a sales pitch and we simply can't afford their fees as we are a charity.
Is there anyone who could help me? I am happy to meet via Microsoft Teams or if there are any training resources you could share, I would greatly appreciate it.
