Ad-hoc IT Support

IT

Paulina Szpakowska Operations and Data Manager at The Orchard Project Posted 1 month ago

Hi everyone,
Does anyone currently procure remote ad-hoc IT support? I'm looking for recommendations - this could be a freelancer or a company, as long as they're happy to provide occasional support without requiring a retainer.
Essentially, I need someone who can take the occasional phone call to help fix minor issues, potentially assist with some future projects, and perform annual audits. We're a small team working remotely, and currently we don’t need managed support, but this could become a more structured role in a year or so.
Thanks in advance!
Paulina
