Hi everyone, this is my first post on CharityConnect! I work for a small human rights charity. We're a team of around 10 people and are in need of a new office space in London in the coming months. We're looking to spend no more than £36,000 per year for rent and bills but ideally less! We've worked out that our ideal space will need to be between 50-70m2. Does anyone know of: 

a) any office space options within that budget and approximate size?

b) any larger charities looking to share an office space with a smaller, like-minded org?

Or does anyone have any experience in the current post-pandemic market of securing an office like this? Any advice/tips on how you found your space would be great. I'd also be really interested in hearing about examples where organisations have used hybrid workspaces - a combo of hot-desking/co-working spaces and a private office.
