I need statements of payments received from the Charities Aid Foundation for my book-keeping. They stopped sending out paper statements quite a few years ago—which is entirely reasonable and in line with going paperless. But now I can't  see or print them from their website either.  Our IT department reckons its because their system is too outdated and is not working well with Chrome or |Microsoft Edge. CAF doesn't seem to know what the problem is. 

I am starting to wonder if I am outdated in  trying to print  statements? Is everyone else digital now?  I still give our accountants a box of bank statements that I've downloaded and printed off plus paper invoices and receipts to audit accounts - hence the need for CAF statements.  Is this old fashioned?
