Has anyone used Grants Online grant database? They call themselves "Probably the UK's most up to date and comprehensive UK funding information service" but I cannot find any info on them that is not self-published.
My organisation is potentially in the market for a grant finding service / database as our LA is doing away with their subscription to IDOX.
I've been quoted £998 for annual sub to IDOX's Grant Advisor service, apparently this is a discount for smaller orgs; and DSC is £432 with VAT.
Grants Online is only £99 + VAT, which seems almost suspiciously cheap for what it claims to offer.
I am also looking at free options, but I'm a sole fundraiser with a lot to raise and only employed part time. Anything that makes my life easier/saves me time is worth spending some money on. Focus for me is on trusts/foundations, lottery, some local and national gov funding.
First post here!
Thanks,
Alex
