Backup and access of data by trustees

I am treasurer-trustee for a small charity. We have no premises & trustees use their own laptops & printers.
All Treasurer data is stored on my laptop and memory sticks. Reports are sent to trustees regularly by email. If something happens to me, it could be lost.
Any advice? Ideally, we would like to set up a central hub to store shared data just for trustees but no idea where to start.
