Hi,
I was wondering whether anyone was able to share what they are proposing or have agreed for a cost of living increase for this year? It's always hard to benchmark, but our Board find it useful to see that we're not out of kilter with other organisations.
For us:
- Start of financial year: April 2026
- Rough number of employees: 42
- Proposed pay award: 2.5%, with bigger increase for those at the bottom to align with the Real London Living Wage (6.9%)
Any thoughts from anyone else would be appreciated.
