Bank address problems

Hello everyone hoping someone can help. I started a charity at the beginning of this year - it's a charitable incorporated organisation and I run it from home and therefore don't have an actual premises as all the volunteers and trustees just work from home. I didn't want to put my address on public record, so I bought a forwarding address.
Now, Wise my bank account are asking for proof but my home address has to be on the same document as the charities name. Is there any way around this other than making my address known online? They won't allow a forwarding / virtual address.
