This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
We are a community counselling service, we have some times where our rooms are not in use. We would like to rent them at low cost to private counsellors, but have been advised we could be acting as a landlord if we do this.
Outside of any clauses in our lease, is there any guidance on doing this?
