Bank requesting security for BACS

Hi,

We need to increase our BACS limit and our bank won't do this without an all encompassing debenture over our assets. Our trustees are understandably reluctant to provide a charge over everything for a relatively small amount of credit limit. Has anyone else come across this problem with their bank?
