We have been using Beacon for a couple of years and are happy with the system. Beacon CRM had a data breach in August and they have sent out their final report yesterday. This confirms that the incident was properly understood, properly closed out, and has left the environment in a stronger position than it was in before.
We had a number of SAR's and have kept our website updated but it feels like it has all finished now.
This has been an intense period for us, dealing with the situation, and I thought I would gauge how other Beacon clients have responded to the incident's conclusion.
